What you get: We’ll meet (virtually or in-home) to discuss your vision. You’ll then select a colour palette direction from options we provide. Finally, you’ll receive a professional, curated Design Board (PDF) with a cohesive colour palette, furniture, and finish selections—your visual blueprint to shop and style with confidence. This service does not include a shopping list or floor plan.

2. Floor Plan Only – $180

Perfect for: Planning a functional layout for kitchens, bathrooms, basement developments, or any room where walls, plumbing, or cabinetry are involved. Get the “bones” right before you invest in finishes.

What you get: We’ll discuss your needs and review your space (via photos/dimensions you provide or a site visit). We’ll then present two initial layout options. After you choose a direction, we’ll finalize a detailed, annotated, to-scale 2D Floor Plan (PDF) that optimises your space for function and flow.

3. Precise Colour Palette – $120

Perfect for: You’re overwhelmed by colour choices and need a harmonious scheme to guide your entire room’s design.

What you get: We’ll create a tailored Colour Palette PDF that shows you how 4-5 perfect colours work together. The palette will clearly indicate which colour is for walls, which for trims & baseboards, and which are for furniture, floors, and accent pieces. This gives you a cohesive visual guide to match paints, stains, and fabrics at your local store with confidence. (Please note: We provide visual colour guidance, not specific paint brand codes.)

4. Staging & Styling Consultation – $220

What you get: A collaborative in-home consultation where we walk through your space. We’ll provide actionable, prioritised advice on decluttering, furniture arrangement, and styling updates using what you have. You’ll receive a follow-up PDF summary with our key recommendations.
